Confidential Advisor
As an employer, you have a legal obligation to protect employees from psychosocial pressure. This means you are responsible for prevention stress and creating a socially safe working environment. Establishing a code of conduct, providing ad-hoc support, and offering a listening ear for problems are all part of this responsibility.
As an external Confidential Advisor, I am the go-to contact for employees who need a listening ear or guidance with social dilemmas.
This not only empowers employees but also helps reduce absenteeism.
Additionally, I provide an anonymized annual report with valuable recommendations for the organization.
Example of our collaboration in steps:
- Intake and analysis – Introductory meeting and organizational assessment.
- Agreement – Determining the number of available hours and the working method.
- Introduction and awareness – Presenting myself to employees and explaining my role.
- Employee support – Providing individual guidance on questions and dilemmas.
- Reporting – An anonymized report without discussing individual cases.
- Evaluation – Reviewing the collaboration and adjusting the number of hours if necessary.
