TNO (Dutch Organization for Applied Scientific Research) annually maps labor trends in the Netherlands.

In 2023, of all employees:

12% experienced intimidation or threats
5.3% experienced bullying
4.5% experienced unwanted sexual attention
2.9% experienced physical violence

TNO estimates that in 2017, the costs associated with work-related health complaints amounted to approximately €8.7 billion, with around €4.7 billion resulting from mental health risks at work.
