This means that your organization is assured of professional and expert guidance and complaint handling

If your employee contacts me, we will make an appointment. In consultation with the employee, we choose a location that is pleasant for the employee. This can be both inside and outside the organization. I listen to the employee’s story, give support and give advice about possible solutions for the unwanted behavior that is experienced.
